Who is Susan Macarz?
Susan Macarz is a licensed real estate broker for RE/MAX Ultimate Realty Inc. She has been in the real estate business since 1991 and has been a member of ARIDO and IDC, serving as an interior designer since 1973.
Growing up, Susan was inspired by her father, who was a successful real estate developer and builder in the Greater Toronto Area. He contributed to the community and encouraged Susan’s interest in home décor and fine home design.
For a time, Susan focused on interior design and marketing, but she continued to work closely with her father, picking up real estate know-hows, including sales strategies and negotiation tactics.
It wasn’t long before Susan’s love for real estate flourished, and she became a distinguished elite real estate agent for RE/MAX. Susan continues to dedicate herself to her passion while providing her clients—both buyers and sellers—with white glove service. She loves meeting new people and working with her long-standing assistant of 23 years.
Although Susan is “old school”, in that she prefers to add a personal touch in her one-on-one services to clients, she embraces new technology. Susan stays up to date on the latest trends and digital marketing methods in order for her clients to benefit from the best opportunities.
